Without a battery, it's not written anymore, but it was supposed to be delivered to my home and it went far away, and I'm disabled.

Looks like is working ok (compared with other similar and older calibrated tool range is same). plastic can be bit better quality. good point it is model with a "finger" battery, not "button" - so replacement is easy and cheap.

Pretty accurate, about 1c off, but it is insignificant. did not check on high temps, but there should be no problem. just a note for delivering: courier should try to deliver it at the door, not leaving a parcel near the letterbox. if nobody is at home, it is ok, satisfied :-)

The power turns on automatically when the probe is extended. Don't need to press the on/off button.
20 to 90 degc takes 8sec. I think 8sec may be fast, but not very fast.
"f"/ "c" convert switch is in the battery cover. (see my photo)
This thermometer can be attached to iron surfaces such as refrigerator walls.
This thermometer body is not waterproof.

The digital kitchen thermometer is very good. I have tried both and they work perfectly when you put the battery in. It comes without batteries; as soon as you unfold it, the temperature sensor turns on automatically. It also has a red button that you can use to turn it off or on. It's very good, works perfectly, and is of very high quality. It's exactly as shown in the photo. I recommend the seller.

The sensitivity is so-so. There is a switch under the pin, and the power won't turn on unless the pin is lifted. The switch to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit is located deep inside the battery cover and is hard to find.

This thermometer is much quicker than the usual tp200 or tp300 models you usually get to buy from this site. In a side by side comparison this one way probably done measuring 150 ° C after 8-10 seconds, while the tp300 was still somehwere in double digit territory.
Only 3 stars though because of the completely wrong "meat temperature guide" that is imprinted on the thermometer. It says 63 ° C for medium rare which is completely wrong. Medium rare is around 54 ° C. even more ridiculous is the claim of 71 ° C for medium. At that temperature the steak isn't medium, it's completely overcooked.

Good thermometer, takes a single aaa battery. The magnet is not that great but enough to hold it to a fridge. It took me a little while to work out that it switches on when you unfold the probe. 🤔 😅
