To Germany: 1–3 business days processing, then 5–12 business days in transit. Estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Your dispatch email includes a tracking link. Contact us if it has not arrived within 5 business days of ordering.
Outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may be payable on delivery. See the shipping policy for supported destinations and conditions.
Returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Standard eligible returns must meet the policy conditions; a €4 prepaid-label fee is deducted from the refund. It's a good product, it comes with 5 caps for jars, currently I only use it for a small jar and it looks super cute. I'm preserving milk kefir and these protectors cover the product well. I would buy it again because my family liked it and they asked me for it as a gift!

The fabric is like burlap, I expected worse quality and worse stitching, but it's actually very good. It has the standard size of a canning jar, but inside it has entered a large mint with fabric included; I'll test it properly once they are washed.
