How do delivery and returns work?

To Germany: 1–3 business days processing, then 5–12 business days in transit. Estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Your dispatch email includes a tracking link. Contact us if it has not arrived within 5 business days of ordering.
Outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may be payable on delivery. See the shipping policy for supported destinations and conditions.
Returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Standard eligible returns must meet the policy conditions; a €4 prepaid-label fee is deducted from the refund. The price for the two-pack is very reasonable; however, a total of three defective pieces arrived,one was actually broken and missing the longer tab.
I expect better quality control; it seems most chinese manufacturers lack this step in their supply chain, unlike european products or those made specifically for the european market.
Also, the silicone isn't very soft; the color lightens when stretched, even if only temporarily.
I had bought two sets years ago that were incredibly soft and easy to handle; i haven't been able to find that quality since, and although i needed more, these just don't compare.
The quality isn't excellent, but at least i got a refund.
I hope the manufacturer improves.
