I just tried it on a knife from the Arcos brand that was no longer sharp, and the truth is that it has cut again, I'm delighted with it. It takes three steps and leaves it perfect, though, with knives that were already sharp.

What i got matches what i ordered. but i don't really know how it works. it didn't come with a manual and i thought it could be plugged in but there's no plug. i would have loved to have more information about the product and how to use it.

The sharpener is good, but during delivery in a consolidated package, the hook that can be used for hanging broke off. But this is not a major issue. Fast delivery, thank you.
