Your dispatch email includes a tracking link. Contact us if it has not arrived within 5 business days of ordering.
Outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may be payable on delivery. See the shipping policy for supported destinations and conditions.
Returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Standard eligible returns must meet the policy conditions; a €4 prepaid-label fee is deducted from the refund. V very poorly packed for a fragile glass product. The glasses themselves are nice and 5 out of 6 arrived intact, but one shattered completely during shipping. Broken glass pierced through the packaging bags and spread into the other items in the parcel, leaving small shards everywhere. It took quite a while to carefully clean everything up and was genuinely dangerous to handle.
Although there was a foam insert, it clearly wasn’t enough to properly secure the glasses during transit. For double-wall glassware, i expected much better protection, such as each glass being individually secured with thicker cushioning and stronger outer packaging. Disappointing and unnecessarily hazardous shipping experience.

Fast delivery, cups came exactly as expected. They fit perfectly under my espresso machine, and keep my espresso at the right temperature for a long time. There is a small blemish in the base of each cup, presumably from the manufacturing process, which is not noticeable when they are in use.
