Returns

Delivery in 10 days. Packed perfectly in double-layer foam. For the packaging, a big plus!
Excellent cup, optimal volume, made with high quality.
The only thing is that the handle on the lid is a bit uncomfortable; it sticks out from the fingers and is hard to grip because it's cone-shaped.

The order arrived quickly. The packaging is excellent!
But the workers sent the order to the wrong address!! muttering listlessly, "that's how it happens, and maybe your passport information is incorrect." I see a tendency to not admit your own mistakes and to blame everything on the client!! A simple "Sorry" is enough to raise the company's status, but a lengthy "we have nothing to do with this" lowers it to the level of a shoddy company.
