The product was great, just as I expected. The shipping and delivery service was terrible. The expected date was February 25, they supposedly made the delivery on the 22nd, Sunday, without prior notice. I wasn't home, but I was in front of the building, and when the delivery person called to tell me they had been by the house, they had already left the package at their headquarters, and in the end I had to go pick it up at their headquarters, losing the convenience and the money I paid for having it delivered to my home.
