I love it, arrived in good condition, on time, true to the description, I just tried it and it's a real pleasure for the eyes.
I even have the impression that it's even prettier in person than in the photo.

The ceramic utensils and strainer are excellent. In contrast, the bamboo utensils are too simple and of poor quality, the brush was destroyed after three uses.

It's great, highly recommended!
It arrived super well packaged and protected; the box was as shown in the image, with protective foam, and in addition, the package was wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap.
The seller has been very responsible with the shipping, really.
And regarding the products, they are wonderful. They are very nice and useful for matcha. They have greatly improved my experience when I feel like drinking matcha tea.

A bit disappointed with the packaging, pictures and reviews show cardboard boxes with nicely placed items - unfortunately mine was sent in styrofoam box instead. It’s a shame as it is supposed to be a gift and the box it was sent in looks bad. If you’re buying it as gift, consider different seller.

The item is great, the bad part is that despite the amount of bubble wrap it was wrapped in, it arrived wrinkled all over and also arrived later than the estimated time.
The seller is not responding and now I have to find a box in good condition to store it properly.
