It seems to be very useful and of reliable quality, although it did not arrive correctly as the delivery person left it outside the house and did not communicate by phone.

I loved the approved material, it's very good.

I just tried it on a knife from the Arcos brand that was no longer sharp, and the truth is that it has cut again, I'm delighted with it. It takes three steps and leaves it perfect, though, with knives that were already sharp.

What i got matches what i ordered. but i don't really know how it works. it didn't come with a manual and i thought it could be plugged in but there's no plug. i would have loved to have more information about the product and how to use it.
