Ultra-Fast Digital Meat Thermometer

The thermometer is excellent. In the first second, the temperature changes very quickly to 90-95% of the maximum. The remaining 5-10% increases over the next 2-3 seconds. The metal probe cannot heat up instantly, but the thin tip speeds up this process. It shows quite accurately, with a margin of error of +-0.1 degrees. I tested it with a GOST-standard mercury thermometer. No calibration was needed. The dimensions are slightly larger than expected. The probe is a bit stiff to unfold, the tip diameter is 1.5 mm, and the base is 3.5 mm.

The package arrived in 2 weeks. The battery is fully charged.
