The dimensions match the description.
The mats are thin, the material looks like fabric impregnated with silicone (this is my opinion, but I could be wrong).
I haven't tried using it yet.

It can be easily cut to fit the bottom of the oven. I think it will do its job well; I don't know how easy it will be to clean when it gets dirty, but despite that, I recommend it as well as the seller.
