The box arrived very dented, fortunately the bottle did not have any damage. They should improve the quality of the packaging to avoid this. That's the only reason I won't give it 5 stars.

I ordered the 750 ml good size. It arrived well packed but the cardboard box it was packed in was damaged, open and torn a bit luckily the bottle didn't get damaged because it was protected in another packaging. I haven't used it yet so I don't know if it really keeps cold and heat. I'll update later. Highly recommend :)
