They're what they're supposed to be but i was a little saddened to see that the size wasn't what i thought it would be. yes they are 21 cms in length but it's an external measurement not an internal measurement. the wiicker is approximately 1cm thick so you lose 2cms making the the internal width 19cms. it would struggle to fit an 800g bead dough in it, definitely not 1000g. it's a pity nexus the next size up is only $2 more and i would of happily paid that. i'm not sending back but will keep for small doughs with inclusions.
