They will serve their purpose, with a minor adjustment. the handle is riveted to the metal circle and has a very tight bond. the handle is difficult to raise or lower without warping the shape. this prevents it from laying flat on the cooking surface. i plan to drill out the rivet and replace with a metal screw and nut with a silicone washer, which will improve performance of this greatly.
